  There are several ways to keep healthy.To begin with,one should do regular physical exercise.By this,one can not only keep himself in good physical condition but also stay in a good mood every day.In addition,having a balanced diet is also of great importance to keeping healthy. According to a recent survey conducted by WHO,taking too much fat accounts for 34. 7 percent of the diseases that people suffered from in the year of 20xx.What's more,one should pay attention not to have too much pressure.

  As to me,I play table tennis for an hour every day and I take everything easy,which refreshes both my body and mind and hence keep me stay in a good health.
