In reality, too many students areweary of study and even drop out of school only because they dislike their teachers, whichmay transform their whole life. Besides, a teacher who has the full trust of his or her studentsis more motivated to help them improve the consciousness and initiative of learning, whichin turn benefits the students most. However, the credibility between teachers and students isnot something that can be built in a day. On the one hand, teachers should comprehend thestudents' actual demands and offer timely help. 一、背誦必不可少
寫作的過程最后是一個輸出的過程，它跟同學(xué)們大腦的語料庫的積累，還有英文素材的積累和長期的修養(yǎng)是密不可分的。寫作就跟銀行存錢一樣，零存整取，一點點的存進(jìn)去，最后取出來的時候可以一大把一大把的取。如果我們平時背范文、背句子、背單詞、背語法、背句型、背結(jié)構(gòu)背得少，考前也沒有進(jìn)行練習(xí)的話，那考試中肯定會遇到很多的困難。所以這里建議大家去背誦考前背誦范文，背五篇左右是打底的，背到滾瓜爛熟，脫口而出。
挑代表性范文
考前應(yīng)該大范圍的進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備，而不是把題目押到一兩個上面。但是也不要求全部背誦，只要把里面的作文大部分進(jìn)行精讀和預(yù)覽就可以了，可以挑出代表題型，圖畫作文、英語作文、還有圖表作文以及提綱作文，至少每種各背一篇或者兩篇，加在一起背五到八篇的范文就可以了。

The measures, to my mind, are listed as following.
