　　一、制定計劃，繁而不亂。

　　每天到班五次，考勤、紀律管理、大掃除、衛(wèi)生檢查活動、大禮堂活動、主題班會活動，遠足活動。制定詳盡的安排。

　　二、一視同仁，情系學生。

　　實習班主任，前期兩個星期，努力記住了每一位學生的名字和面龐。讓他們知道老師關注他們、關心他們，為后期班主任實習工作的展開帶來了很大的便利。尊重欣賞每一位學生，實習班級很多學生有特長，如跳舞、繪畫、朗誦，樂于發(fā)現(xiàn)他們身上的閃光點。急學生所急，難學生所難。月考、期中考試、文理分科、日常學習和生活中為學生排憂解難。

　　三、為人師表，以身作則。

　　“身教重于言教”, 無論是著裝、言行、教學能力、個人修養(yǎng)等方面都要以一名正式的老師、班主任的身份要求自己。只有尊重自己、嚴格要求自己，才能從學生那里得到愛戴和尊重，在學生中樹立威信，得到學生的認可和支持。

　　四、虛心求教，學習借鑒。

　　因為是實習生，年齡相仿，學生更愿意接近我們。然而很快與學生打成一片卻帶來很多問題，學生自習課上會扯著和老師聊天、打聽老師私事，容易起哄，大聲喧嘩致使班級紀律難以管理。后來只得求助于班主任，在班主任的指導和幫助下，情況好轉。實習生經(jīng)驗尚淺，在班主任工作這一塊更是幾乎空白。除了找原班主任請教外，我也會尋求班干部幫助。后來處理聲音視頻，需要用一些軟件，也是向同學求教加自學。實習班主任要結合實際情況不斷完善自我，提高班級凝聚力和學習勁頭。

　　教學研究：這三個月中，我留心觀察了本班學生學習英語的情況，并通過問卷調查和與學生交流的方式收集到了一些數(shù)據(jù)和信息。我打算從學生的英語學習自主性方面來探討當今中學教育中的一大難題

　　———英語教學。很多人往往從教師或教材的角度去分析影響學生英語學習的因素，但是卻忽略了另一個重要的學習中的主體——學生。高一（4)班是理科平行班，學生英語水平很差。對英語學習沒有興趣、沒有熱情。英語學習過于被動，如何在英語教學中開發(fā)學生的學習自主性成了一個刻不容緩的問題。

　　以上就是自己對于這三個月的實習生活所做的總結。提高了自己英語教學能力的`同時，與很多同學成為了好朋友。最大的體會是“紙上得來終覺淺，絕知此事要躬行”三個月的實習只是一個學校到社會的過渡期。真正的英語教學和班主任工作是需要在不斷的實踐中總結經(jīng)驗，改進方法，一步步慢慢探索。任重而道遠，認真實踐，虛心求教。

　　Perhapsbecause of heredity, I was born to fat. My parents are overweight. Even though Ididn’t eat too much, I couldn’t loss my weight. For the sake of my health, myparents supported me a lot.
