　　It’s well known that smoking is bad for our health. It does much harm to our lung. Smoking too much is very easy to get cancer, which is very terrible. Besides, smoking also do harm to people’s teeth. Those people always smoke will demage their teeth and their teeth are always yellow. That makes others feel sick. The last but not least, the people smoke the passive smoking are tend to get sick. They have do nothing wrong,but stand beside those smoking people. It’s unfair. So, in order to the health of everyone, please stop smoking.

　　眾所周知，吸煙有害健康。它會(huì)損害我們的肺。吸煙太多的人很容易得癌癥，那是很可怕的。此外，吸煙還危害人們的牙齒。那些人總是吸煙的人會(huì)損害他們的`牙齒而且牙齒都是黃色的。讓人感到惡心。最后但并非最不重要的，吸二手煙也容易生病。他們什么都沒(méi)有做錯(cuò)，只是站在那些抽煙的人的旁邊。這太不公平了。所以，為了大家的健康，請(qǐng)戒煙。

　　It has been estimated that smokers have made up half of the population in China.And the smokers are becoming younger and youngereven ineluding some middle school students.

　　Nowadays more and more people have realized smoking can do harm to people'shealth.Howeversome people still enjoy smoking.Why?Because some of them think it is a kind of fashionsome think it is of GREat fun and othersthink that smoking can refresh themselves.

　　In factsmoking is a bad habit.It can cause a lot of diseases.Meanwhile smoking is a waste of money.Besidescareless smokers may cause dangerous fires.

　　Smoking is harmful and it is not only bad for smokers themselvesbut also bad for non-smokers.

　　ThereforeI hope all the smokers can give up smoking for themselves and also for the people around them.

　　據(jù)估計(jì)在中國(guó)吸煙者約占總?cè)丝诘囊话攵�且煙民的年齡越來(lái)越年輕甚至一些中學(xué)生也在抽煙.

　　如今越來(lái)越多的人們已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到吸煙有害人體健康但他們?nèi)匀粯?lè)此不疲.為什么?一些人認(rèn)為抽煙是一種時(shí)髦另外一些人認(rèn)為抽煙很有趣還有一些人認(rèn)為吸煙可以提神.

　　事實(shí)上吸煙是一種不好的.習(xí)慣它能導(dǎo)致很多疾病.同時(shí)吸煙很浪費(fèi)金錢.除此而外粗心的煙民還可能引起火災(zāi).

　　吸煙對(duì)人們的身體百害而無(wú)一利.它不僅有害吸煙者本人而且對(duì)不吸煙者也會(huì)造成損害.

　　因此我希望吸煙者為自己和身邊的人們而戒煙.

　　As we all know there are many people smoking although everyone knows smoking is harmful to us. Giving up smoking is not easy but addicted to it is quite easy that’s why there are more and more people smoking. Smoking and passive smoking is risk factor that leads to various diseases. It has become world’s top 8 causes of death. More than 90% of lung cancer caused by smoking and lung cancer rates of smokers are 18 times over the non-smokers. Besides smoking also causes angiocardiopathy digestive system disease oral disease and so on. In addition passive smoking causes great concern in recent years. People have known that passive smoking also do great harm to human too. Therefore many countries and regions prohibit people from smoking in public zones in order to reduce the harm of secondhand smoke. From my point of view the best way to keep healthy is giving up smoke for smoker’s own good as well as for others.

　　眾所周知，即使人們都知道吸煙有害健康，但現(xiàn)在依然有很多人吸煙。吸煙容易戒煙難，這就是為什么煙民越來(lái)越多的原因。吸煙以及吸二手煙都是導(dǎo)致多種疾病的危險(xiǎn)因子，煙草已經(jīng)成為全球第八大死因。超過(guò)90%的肺癌是由吸煙導(dǎo)致的`，吸煙者患肺癌的幾率是非吸煙者的18倍之多。此外，吸煙也會(huì)導(dǎo)致心血管病、消化系統(tǒng)疾病、口腔疾病等。此外，吸二手煙在近些年也引起了人們很多的關(guān)注，它也會(huì)對(duì)人體造成危害。因此，為了減少二手煙傷害，許多國(guó)家和地區(qū)都禁止人們?cè)诠�共�?chǎng)所吸煙。我認(rèn)為，為了自己也為了他人的健康著想，保持健康的最好辦法就是戒煙。
