　　我是八年級二班的英語兼生物老師。作為一名英語教師，我深深感到肩上責(zé)任重大，為了讓家長了解學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況以及了解我的教學(xué)水平和能力，在此，我進(jìn)展以下成績分析與各位家長分享和探討。

　　1、尊敬師長，團(tuán)結(jié)同學(xué)。

　　2、課堂紀(jì)律良好，上課積極表現(xiàn)和熱烈討論問題。

　　3、按時完成作業(yè)，遇到難懂的題時，主動問老師。

　　4、競爭意識強，都很上進(jìn)。

　　我們的家長都非常重視孩子們的英語學(xué)習(xí)，大家都意識到英語學(xué)習(xí)不管是對我們的日常生活還是升學(xué)來說，都有著重要的作用，有著重大的意義。而我們中學(xué)階段的教學(xué)目的在于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、良好的語言習(xí)慣、運用英語進(jìn)展交際的'能力以及跨文化意識。因此，我的課堂也是圍繞聽、說、讀、寫幾個方面對所學(xué)知識進(jìn)展操練和運用。通過一段時間的教學(xué)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)這個班學(xué)生都特別負(fù)責(zé)，班風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)也很好，最重要的是絕大多數(shù)的同學(xué)自尊心強，上進(jìn)心強，這使我對他們充滿信心。

　　但同樣也發(fā)現(xiàn)了以下問題：

　　英語學(xué)習(xí)方面：

　　1、學(xué)習(xí)心態(tài)和態(tài)度不端正。少部分學(xué)生沒有意識到學(xué)習(xí)英語的重要性，對于學(xué)習(xí)英語是抱著無態(tài)度。

　　2、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣不夠好。我要求學(xué)生在上課前集體朗讀單詞或課文，這對鍛煉他們的英語口語和音準(zhǔn)有很大的幫助，但是還是有好幾個學(xué)生態(tài)度不端正，敷衍了事。我還要求讀英語的時候用手指單詞和句子，有利于對單詞的記憶，并且能更好的集中注意力。但是有很多人沒有這種習(xí)慣，眼睛盯著天花板，盯著窗戶讀的都有，甚至還有的同學(xué)邊發(fā)呆邊跟著讀，這樣就沒有效果。還存在著嚴(yán)重的畏難情緒，我給的問題或是閱讀材料還剛出來就有人抱怨“我不會做”、“這么難”、“看不懂”，我會反問他們“你還沒看題怎么知道不會做?遇到困難首先想到的不是解決問題而是逃避，那么你永遠(yuǎn)不會進(jìn)步”。這段時間這種情況幾乎沒有了。

　　3、少數(shù)同學(xué)根底不好。到現(xiàn)在26個字母還讀不全、默不全。這也是頗讓人頭疼的問題。

　　4、閱讀能力欠佳，有待提高。閱讀在今后的升學(xué)考試，包括中考、高考、研究生考試以及大學(xué)英語四、六級考試中都占有很大的分值。但我們的學(xué)生對于閱讀暫時還沒有概念。我要求他們把閱讀材料讀三遍，第一遍泛讀，也就是瀏覽;第二遍精讀，把生詞劃出來，根據(jù)上下文理解單詞的意思;第三遍答復(fù)以下問題，但是很少有同學(xué)能夠嚴(yán)格按照要求完成，往往是讀了一遍就不想讀了。 針對以上問題，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家長的配合和支持。

　　1、催促學(xué)生在家聽英語磁帶，每周不少于1小時，最好能每天堅持聽10—15分鐘，這將對孩子的學(xué)習(xí)有很大幫助。

　　2、爭取消化當(dāng)天所學(xué)的單詞，不要積壓任務(wù)。我會在每單元完畢的時候組織一次聽寫，并要求學(xué)生帶回家給家長過目。

　　3、請家長催促孩子在家里完成家庭作業(yè)，以免他們來學(xué)校在匆忙之中互相抄襲。有時的默寫作業(yè)我也會煩請各位家長簽字，這也是為了給學(xué)生一點點壓力，讓他們知道父母會經(jīng)常檢查他們的作業(yè)本，一定要認(rèn)真寫才行。家長可以讓學(xué)生自己默寫或者報中文意思都可以，但最重要的是在學(xué)生默完后，催促他們對著書本更正。

　　4、每一個單元都有閱讀的部分，并且附有課后習(xí)題。如果你的孩子英語根底不是很好，可以催促他們先在家，做適當(dāng)?shù)念A(yù)習(xí)。 生物學(xué)習(xí)方面：

Artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. But there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. The whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly. It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. Perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. But when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. It is the simple things that really matter. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. If, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen--a different diet, or more exercise, or what not. Man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. This is a humble conclusion, but I cannot make myself disbelieve it. Unhappy businessmen, I am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.

　　Three years of junior high school life, so that we from a ignorant child, to become a full of teens; never dare to leave the arms of their parents, not afraid of danger, brave to fight. In the past three years, more than 1050 days and nights, my alma mater has been arming me with knowledge. Now, we not only learned the language, mathematics, but also learned physics and chemistry, not only to write the writing, but also to know the molecules and the atoms and all kinds of knowledge. The most important point is to make me more clearly know how to love China, love socialism and safeguard world peace. This is the result of school education, which is the crystallization of teachers' efforts.
