20xx年4月27日晚七點(diǎn),成都理工大學(xué)能源學(xué)院E龍部于6A102舉辦了“成都理工大學(xué)第二屆石油文化節(jié)之英語(yǔ)演講比賽決賽”。 本次比賽請(qǐng)到了成都理工大學(xué)的專業(yè)英語(yǔ)老師當(dāng)評(píng)委,他們分別是:劉伊梅、程艷和甘詠老師,且有能源學(xué)院主席張聰、范瑞峰,部長(zhǎng)任偉、湯曼、溫仁均等十余位嘉賓出席了本次演講。參賽選手為初賽晉級(jí)的十二位來(lái)自能源學(xué)院和外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院的同學(xué)。E龍部部長(zhǎng)楊強(qiáng)、李輝、范典以及所有干事全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)本次演講,且由范典和來(lái)自外國(guó)語(yǔ)的一位學(xué)姐擔(dān)任主持。
比賽開(kāi)始,主持人介紹到場(chǎng)評(píng)委及嘉賓,宣讀比賽規(guī)則。每位選手有三分鐘演講時(shí)間,一分鐘評(píng)委提問(wèn)環(huán)節(jié),評(píng)委老師將根據(jù)演講者的演講內(nèi)容、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)和綜合印象給選手打分。中場(chǎng)穿插有獎(jiǎng)猜單詞動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié),比賽結(jié)束后英文歌演唱活躍了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氣氛。
經(jīng)過(guò)緊張而又有序演講,比賽最后一二三等獎(jiǎng)和優(yōu)勝獎(jiǎng),來(lái)自能源學(xué)院的姬牧野同學(xué)和外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院的朱芯葦同學(xué)用他們標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)音,激勵(lì)人心的`演講分別榮獲了各自學(xué)院的一等獎(jiǎng)。二三等獎(jiǎng)均為能源學(xué)院和外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院各一名,評(píng)委和嘉賓為獲獎(jiǎng)選手頒發(fā)了榮譽(yù)證書及獎(jiǎng)品以資鼓勵(lì)。
本次比賽不僅顯示了參賽選手優(yōu)異的英語(yǔ)水平,鍛煉了膽量,同時(shí)也讓觀眾收獲頗多,對(duì)英語(yǔ)有了更加濃厚的興趣,這樣的比賽應(yīng)該多舉行。

20xx年12月02日晚上6:30在4408教室計(jì)算機(jī)與信息科學(xué)系第二屆英語(yǔ)演講比賽決賽拉開(kāi)序幕。本次比賽邀請(qǐng)到的嘉賓有:紫荊教育集團(tuán)主講老師盧樟林、外教老師Ricky、20xx年大學(xué)生英語(yǔ)演講比賽非專業(yè)組, 由宴勇與袁麗擔(dān)任主持人。比賽以“______Make success”為主題,比賽分為兩個(gè)部分: 第一部分是圍繞主題的定題演講(每位選手演講3分鐘,時(shí)間正負(fù)15秒);第二部分是才藝表演(英文歌曲、英語(yǔ)笑話、英文詩(shī)朗誦、英文小品、歌劇等)。
參加比賽的總共有13位選手,他們都是英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)的佼佼者,給大家?guī)?lái)了一場(chǎng)精彩絕倫的比賽,讓觀眾們享受了一場(chǎng)聽(tīng)覺(jué)上的饕餮盛宴,再次選手們積極表現(xiàn)自我好聽(tīng)的歌聲、搞笑的表演、優(yōu)美的舞蹈應(yīng)有盡有,整個(gè)比賽秩序井然,過(guò)程中不乏高潮涌現(xiàn),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氣氛十分熱烈,臺(tái)下的觀眾以熱烈的掌聲表達(dá)對(duì)選手的支持與鼓勵(lì)。
選手比賽時(shí)間結(jié)束后,盧樟林老師和Ricky老師分別給我們作了精辟獨(dú)到的點(diǎn)評(píng),他們的`點(diǎn)評(píng)專業(yè)而又深刻,并提出了在英文演講比賽中應(yīng)該注意的一些問(wèn)題問(wèn)題,發(fā)人深省,引人深思!
經(jīng)過(guò)兩個(gè)小時(shí)的角逐,共評(píng)出一個(gè)一等獎(jiǎng)、三個(gè)二等獎(jiǎng)、五個(gè)三等獎(jiǎng)、四個(gè)優(yōu)勝獎(jiǎng)以及一個(gè)優(yōu)秀組織獎(jiǎng)。本次比賽即,讓他們?cè)谖枧_(tái)上詮釋計(jì)信學(xué)子青春的自信與風(fēng)采,在歡笑中收獲了一份難忘的青春記憶,更重要的是讓他們?cè)诒荣愔兴伎剂俗约旱娜松,一舉多得而又意義重大!

為營(yíng)造我院英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)氣氛,豐富校園文化。10月12日晚,我院學(xué)生會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)部主辦的英語(yǔ)命題演講比賽在三教a座201教室舉辦,23位來(lái)自我院20xx級(jí)與20xx級(jí)的同學(xué)參加此次比賽。

I am an English teacher
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, it’s a great honor to speak here: I am an English le often say: Teacher is the engineer of human spirit. Last September, I became a teacher. How to become a real teacher? This is the first difficulty that I come across in my career. At first, I felt so good and fun to stay with so many lovely students, then I integrated with them, and soon, the problem came out. If a teacher can’t set up her dignity in front of the students, it will make the class teaching more difficult. In my lessons, the students often kept on talking, acting, and asking questions. What should I do? I can’t get along with them like this any more. I must be strict with them. Pay more attention to what should be praised, what should be criticized. Any carelessness is not permitted. At last, the class discipline became better.
Nowadays, the importance of learning English is obvious. The world becomes globalization and unify. The association of each country is closer and closer. People call the earth as a global village. English is the first current language in the international world. The communication of politics, economy and culture is upon English. As we know, we will take a beating if we lay behind. How to catch up with the world? That is, study English well to gain the first hand data. The entrance of WTO, the Olympic Games which will be held in 20xx, shows that we must learn English well as quickly as possible. Forcing study won’t stay in the heart, feeding knowledge into the brain won’t get a good result, and high mark isn’t our teaching goal. To get a satisfied effect, we should make the students learn on their own initiative. How to make them feel interested in studying English? I think the key point is the teaching design. It must be vivid and vigorous. We can change our study contents into games, performances, competitions and so on. Let them believe English is easy and funny.
As the step of history is advancing, the demand of English teaching is changeable. The junior students are not what we know as before. They have a lot of knowledge, and are good at combining English with other subjects, such as history, geography, physics, chemistry and so on. Their English level is higher than what we thought. Many of them started learning English in their primary school. So English teacher should pursue advanced studies constantly, and master the latest teaching materials and methods to meet today’s demands.
I feel very happy to be an English teacher. I will do my best to teach English well with my knowledge, my patience and my enthusiasm. Make Chinese speak English better, and show their ability and talent in the world stage. I am proud to tell you: I am an English teacher.

Sports are more than competitions. To me, they mean growth under the care of others. I learned this the hard way.
I used to be very shy and often felt lonely. Although I did well in all the academic subjects, I was afraid of physical education. My classmates often laughed at me.
“Look at that girl,” they said. “Her feet don’t leave the ground when she runs!”
Their words embarrassed me. Moreover, whenever the teacher organized some competitive games, no one in the class liked to have me as their partner or team member. As a result, I often ended up looking at others enjoy their games.
Things would go on like that if not for a sports meet in my high school. By mistake, my name was put on the list of those who would compete in the women’s 1500 meters race. By the time people found the mistake, it was too late to change.
My desk-mate was a natural athlete. She said to me, “I couldn’t run that race in your place, because I’ve signed up for three items already.” Other athletic girls of the class said the same.
I was utterly dumbfounded. 1500 meters! Running against the best runners from other classes! And in front of students of the entire school! It would be the worst nightmare I’d ever have!
“You still have time to catch up because there is still one month before the sports meet,” they all said this to me, including my teacher.
My desk-mate patted me on the shoulder, “Cool! You will run for our class! And we will do training together.” Yes, this is not just for myself, but for my class too, I said to myself. But still, 1500 meters to me was like Mount Everest to a beginning climber. I had no idea even how to start my preparation.
Fortunately, my desk-mate gave me a hand. Every afternoon after class, several of us ran together. When the fear of being laughed at struck me, I saw others running right beside me. They gave me strengths. While we were running, some others would stand by the tracks cheering for us.
One month certainly couldn’t make me a good runner. But when I was standing behind the start line, I no longer felt lonely or afraid. I saw my classmates standing by the tracks waving at me as if about to run beside me.
With the shot of the starting gun, I dashed out and ran as fast as I could, as if it were a 200-meter race. Soon I was out of breath and slowed down. Other runners passed me one by one, and gradually I had no idea how many of them were still behind me. My legs were getting heavier and heavier, and I might fall down at any moment. However, I suddenly heard my classmates chanting my name. My desk-mate even ran along the tracks beside me and cheered for me at the same time, just like the month-long training we did together.
As expected, I was almost the last to cross the finish line. Immediately, my classmates held my arms and urged me to walk on my feet and not to sit down. I was surrounded, with all kinds of drinks handed to me. I felt a kind of warmth I had never felt before. Even though I was almost the last to finish the race, I was full of confidence that I would improve in the future.
That sports meet was an unforgettable experience. The memory of my classmates cheering for me, holding my arms and handing me drinks stays fresh on my mind. Sports are no longer about winning or losing. They give me a lot of confidence, both confidence in my fellow students and confidence in my own potential. I am no longer lonely, no longer afraid. Sports have brought me close to my classmates and helped us grow together.
Now, I participate in the sports meet every year. Even if I am not competing, I would help my classmates with their practice, just like the way my desk-mate and others ran with me.

我的同桌輕輕地拍了拍我的肩膀,“酷!你將為我們班競(jìng)選!我們會(huì)一起做的,“是的,這不僅僅是為了我自己,也為了我的課,我對(duì)自己說(shuō)。但是,1500米對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)就像是珠峰的一個(gè)開(kāi)始攀登者。我甚至不知道如何開(kāi)始我的準(zhǔn)備。
幸運(yùn)的是,我的同桌給了我一只手。每天下午放學(xué)后,我們幾個(gè)人一起跑。當(dāng)我害怕被嘲笑時(shí),我看到別人在我身邊奔跑。他們給了我力量。當(dāng)我們?cè)诒寂軙r(shí),有些人會(huì)站在軌道上為我們喝彩。
一個(gè)月肯定不能讓我成為一個(gè)好賽跑者。但是當(dāng)我站在起跑線后,我不再感到孤獨(dú)或害怕。我看到我的同學(xué)們站在鐵軌旁,好像在向我跑來(lái)跑去。
我用槍打了一槍,沖出去,跑得很快,好像是200米賽跑。很快我就喘不上氣,放慢了速度。其他的賽跑者一個(gè)一個(gè)地從我身邊經(jīng)過(guò),漸漸地,我不知道他們中有多少人在我身后。我的腿越來(lái)越重了,我隨時(shí)都可能跌倒。然而,我突然聽(tīng)到我的同學(xué)們唱著我的名字。我的同桌甚至在我的身邊跑過(guò),在同一時(shí)間為我喝彩,就像我們?cè)谝黄鸬哪且粋(gè)月的訓(xùn)練。
正如所料,我?guī)缀跏亲詈笠粋(gè)越過(guò)終點(diǎn)線。立刻,我的同學(xué)們抱著我的胳膊,催促我走在我的腳邊,而不是坐下來(lái)。我被包圍了,有各種各樣的飲料遞給我。我感覺(jué)到了一種從未有過(guò)的溫暖。即使我?guī)缀跏亲詈笠粋(gè)完成比賽,我充滿了信心,我會(huì)提高在未來(lái)。
那次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)是一次難忘的經(jīng)歷。我的同學(xué)們?yōu)槲覛g呼,抱著我的胳膊,遞給我一杯酒,我的心都在新鮮。體育不再是關(guān)于贏得或失去。他們給了我很大的信心,都對(duì)我的同學(xué)信心和我自己的信心。我不再孤單,不再害怕。體育把我?guī)У轿业耐瑢W(xué)們,幫助我們一起成長(zhǎng)。
現(xiàn)在,我每年參加運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)。即使我不在競(jìng)爭(zhēng),我會(huì)幫助我的同學(xué)與他們的做法,就像我的同桌和其他人一起跑。

我院王子鳴同學(xué)在外語(yǔ)文化節(jié)演講比賽中取得優(yōu)異
成績(jī)
11月30日18時(shí)30分,我校外語(yǔ)文化節(jié)演講比賽在外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院隆重舉行。本次比賽由校團(tuán)委,國(guó)際交流與合作處,學(xué)工部以及教務(wù)處主辦,外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院承辦。應(yīng)邀出席本次比賽的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)有我校教務(wù)處處長(zhǎng)林秋華,校團(tuán)委社團(tuán)部部長(zhǎng)任永明,外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院黨委書記許崇波以及文學(xué)院高級(jí)輔導(dǎo)員孫世友,此外擔(dān)任評(píng)委的還有趙永梅,王平,顧慧萍等老師。王子鳴同學(xué)代表我院參加了本次比賽。 首先由主持人致以慷慨激昂的'開(kāi)場(chǎng)白,并就比賽規(guī)則及評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明。接下來(lái),比賽正式拉開(kāi)帷幕,比賽分為“演講”和“即興回答”兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。此次共有 19 個(gè)來(lái)自不同學(xué)院的同學(xué)參加了比賽。我院王子鳴同學(xué)的演講《what we can’t afford to lose is process》,或慷慨激昂,或深情低沉,或情感真摯,將青春風(fēng)采展現(xiàn)得淋漓盡致。并且她憑借清晰流利的口語(yǔ),聲情并茂的演講獲得了評(píng)委老師的一致贊賞。在“即興問(wèn)答”環(huán)節(jié),王子鳴同學(xué)憑借較高的英語(yǔ)水平、較強(qiáng)的臨場(chǎng)發(fā)揮能力和應(yīng)變能力,從容回答所選問(wèn)題,贏得觀眾陣陣掌聲。最后我院王子鳴同學(xué)獲得比賽的一等獎(jiǎng)并接受了許崇波書記的頒獎(jiǎng)。
通過(guò)本次比賽,不僅給同學(xué)們提供發(fā)揮才能的舞臺(tái),充分展現(xiàn)我院學(xué)生的優(yōu)秀風(fēng)采,而且有助于營(yíng)造我院英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,調(diào)動(dòng)全院學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的積極性。同時(shí)豐富了校園文化,推動(dòng)我院英語(yǔ)教學(xué)建設(shè)。
