It reflects that people tendto browse and scan e-books without stopping to ponder even one question. The way we read is so superficial that it arouses great concern in modern life. To be a better reader, we had better do as follows. For one thing, take notes about crucial details as we used to do. Taking notes can avoid the phenomenon that the more we read online or on smart phones, the less we seemed to memorize. For another, classics deserve to be savored by the contemporary people. For example, some classical novels can be read free on Kindle, which makes them popular among youngsters again. 首先，一下我對(duì)行政助理工作內(nèi)容和方法的認(rèn)識(shí)。截至目前，我工作的主要內(nèi)容是圍繞單位新辦公室的裝修和一些規(guī)章制度的草擬而展開的。辦公室的裝修，自有施工隊(duì)的專業(yè)人員去做，經(jīng)理布置給我的具體任務(wù)有丈量面積、草擬合同、接收集團(tuán)總公司送來的電子辦公用品和辦公家具等，這些我都做了，自己也比較滿意，因?yàn)檫@些事情比較簡(jiǎn)單、機(jī)械，任何會(huì)說普通話，識(shí)數(shù)的人都能做，我只是做得更細(xì)致，更專業(yè)一些而已。但在長(zhǎng)達(dá)數(shù)十天的工作中，失誤和遺憾更多。比如，新安裝電話機(jī)號(hào)碼和位置的搭配，網(wǎng)絡(luò)線路的大致走向，裝修和保潔質(zhì)量的監(jiān)督，移動(dòng)硬盤的安全管理等等，其中有些是王經(jīng)理三令五申過的，而有些則需要自己去思考，但這些工作都沒有做好。現(xiàn)在回憶起來，當(dāng)失誤出現(xiàn)時(shí)，自己第一反應(yīng)總是“這樣的小問題，怎么沒做好？下次一定不能再出現(xiàn)這樣低級(jí)的失誤了�！薄斑@個(gè)問題領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并沒有具體指示”，接著，便是在心里尋找失誤的原因，要么，因?yàn)樽约荷罱?jīng)驗(yàn)淺薄，要么因?yàn)閾?dān)心多做多錯(cuò)，甚至，從自己的專業(yè)知識(shí)、性格特點(diǎn)上去找原因。然而，正是這樣一種誠惶誠恐的心態(tài)和研究式的思維方式，最終，把簡(jiǎn)單的工作想得太復(fù)雜，做得很糟糕�，F(xiàn)在想起來，其實(shí)一切很簡(jiǎn)單，自己的職務(wù)是助理，顧名思義，是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的助手，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的只是一件件或明確或模糊的事情，甚至是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)也沒有想到的事情，自己所要做的只是務(wù)必用最快捷的辦法達(dá)到最理想的效果，所要思考的只是最佳的工作方法問題，而不是擔(dān)心自己做不好或者要承擔(dān)責(zé)任而思前想后，甚至不敢去做。
其次，總結(jié)一下我對(duì)管理的認(rèn)識(shí)。剛到單位，我覺得人數(shù)較少，多數(shù)是專業(yè)研發(fā)人員，而且大家都熟悉，因此，管理工作力度很小，甚至不存在管理工作，相應(yīng)的綜合管理部的職責(zé)只是為研發(fā)人員提供服務(wù)而已，正是出于這種錯(cuò)誤認(rèn)識(shí)，一段時(shí)間內(nèi)，我對(duì)研發(fā)人員借用移動(dòng)硬盤要登記，暫不發(fā)放新鑰匙給研發(fā)人員，以及會(huì)議上一再強(qiáng)調(diào)的采購過程要潔身自好等不太理解。但后來研究室人員未經(jīng)登記長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用移動(dòng)硬盤造成我工作上的被動(dòng)，以及他們經(jīng)常對(duì)生活用品和一些瑣碎事情提意見甚至抱怨等等證明了我當(dāng)初的想法是錯(cuò)誤而又幼稚的。說這些，并不是批評(píng)自己的同事，因?yàn)樗麄円彩菫榱斯ぷ鳎瑳r且要求每個(gè)人嚴(yán)于律己、寬于律人甚至大公無私是不現(xiàn)實(shí)的，出現(xiàn)問題的原因一方面是籌備階段一切尚處于磨合期，另一方面是自己的工作沒有做到做好�，F(xiàn)在，我才深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)到管理無處不在，管理不等于服務(wù)，管理的意義不僅體現(xiàn)在節(jié)約成本上，更重要的是通過整合資源，提高效率而產(chǎn)生效益。雖然自己是學(xué)文科的，但認(rèn)識(shí)水平還停留在感性的文科階段，也就是說只能和“文”打交道，而不能和“人”打交道。管理不僅是一種藝術(shù)，更是一種科學(xué)，是需要認(rèn)真思考和深刻總結(jié)的。

在這份工作里，很重要的是要做好跟同事之間的協(xié)調(diào)、溝通，特別是我們需要不時(shí)的去個(gè)個(gè)案場(chǎng)跟同事們協(xié)調(diào)工作，跟同事們之間的溝通以及相處的氛圍就需要自己細(xì)心的去體會(huì)，要經(jīng)常和案場(chǎng)的同事們做溝通，了解他們的想法，有問題及時(shí)向?qū)Ｂ毑块T匯報(bào)，及時(shí)調(diào)整大家的心態(tài)，解決好問題，這樣我們的案場(chǎng)才會(huì)和諧健康的發(fā)展下去，擁有最好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，成為房產(chǎn)界的一匹黑馬。誠然在調(diào)整好案場(chǎng)人員心態(tài)的同事也要調(diào)整好自己的心態(tài)，凡事爭(zhēng)取再耐心一點(diǎn)、再認(rèn)真一點(diǎn)、再周到一點(diǎn)，滿懷的熱情投入到每天的工作當(dāng)中。
這以后的時(shí)間里，我將嚴(yán)格要求自己，遇事多向前輩們請(qǐng)教，努力讓自己成為一名合格的行政助理，為公司盡綿薄之力。
在公司這段時(shí)間加上與同事們一段時(shí)間的相處，意識(shí)到敬業(yè)程度是一個(gè)公司的員工很值得注重的問題，比如說，一個(gè)員工他敬業(yè)了，喜歡自己的工作了，就不會(huì)有絕對(duì)的上班時(shí)間自己應(yīng)該做事，下班時(shí)間是自己的時(shí)間之分;不會(huì)有這件工作應(yīng)該不應(yīng)該自己做的疑問;對(duì)待工作對(duì)待客戶就會(huì)有很大的態(tài)度上的不同，對(duì)工作對(duì)客戶都會(huì)態(tài)度積極端正對(duì)待，敬業(yè)就會(huì)超越自我用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的服務(wù)滿足客戶，這樣每次都比別人好一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，從而做到爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)同行業(yè)的領(lǐng)頭團(tuán)隊(duì)。
團(tuán)隊(duì)，一個(gè)人不能完成大使命，而團(tuán)隊(duì)正是一個(gè)取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短的最佳方式，一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)可以讓一個(gè)企業(yè)快速成長(zhǎng)，雖然團(tuán)隊(duì)在成長(zhǎng)的過程中會(huì)遇到很多問題，但是只要團(tuán)隊(duì)精神仍舊在這里，一切一切都會(huì)迎刃而解，只要團(tuán)隊(duì)互相配合工作，達(dá)到同行業(yè)領(lǐng)先指日可待。
