第二段：學(xué)術(shù)（專(zhuān)業(yè)）背景。介紹自己的專(zhuān)業(yè)背景，獲得哪些獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，四六級(jí)成績(jī)，英語(yǔ)水平如何，還有實(shí)踐能力怎么樣。
第三段：科研或者競(jìng)賽經(jīng)歷。挑選幾個(gè)有代表性的，要突出自己做了什么，自己學(xué)到了什么，不要大幅篇章的介紹參加的項(xiàng)目有多牛逼。老師更關(guān)注你的研究方向和你潛在的科研學(xué)術(shù)能力。寫(xiě)項(xiàng)目時(shí)還要加以潤(rùn)色。一定要體現(xiàn)出自己的思考，可以適當(dāng)夸張一下，但是自己挖的坑一定要保證以后能填上且不留痕跡。
注意事項(xiàng)：
1.項(xiàng)目Title不重要，重要的是你真正做了什么，其實(shí)導(dǎo)師真正關(guān)心的并不是你拿了什么Title的獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，而是看你是否有把一件事情專(zhuān)注做到極致的能力。有時(shí)候，能把一件事情做到100分，比做了一堆80分的事要更有說(shuō)服力。換一個(gè)角度想，就算你認(rèn)為你做了一個(gè)很厲害的項(xiàng)目，在導(dǎo)師看來(lái)其實(shí)也都是雕蟲(chóng)小技。所以，實(shí)事求是即可，是你做的就是你做的，不是你做的'也不要瞎掰，不必班門(mén)弄斧。
2.語(yǔ)言簡(jiǎn)潔，不啰嗦，注意控制字?jǐn)?shù)，挑重點(diǎn)的說(shuō)即可。
第四段：自己的研究興趣。如果自己之前做過(guò)一些科研項(xiàng)目，可以直接引出自己的研究興趣。沒(méi)做過(guò)的話(huà)，盡量寫(xiě)自己如何通過(guò)實(shí)踐和學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)哪一方面有了興趣，然后介紹下自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)。PS：如果自我陳述用于向老師發(fā)郵件的話(huà)，那么你的感興趣的研究方向一定要和老師的一致。

這一階段剛剛結(jié)束保研，大部分保研er都還沉浸在保研結(jié)束、擬錄取的喜悅之中，繼續(xù)進(jìn)行高強(qiáng)度的學(xué)習(xí)其實(shí)是不現(xiàn)實(shí)的。因此本文有兩點(diǎn)建議：
1. 對(duì)于學(xué)碩或未來(lái)有志讀博的保研er
這一部分同學(xué)建議可以著手準(zhǔn)備畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的工作。
首先是選定方向。大部分本科生的畢設(shè)導(dǎo)師可能會(huì)給一些題目進(jìn)行參考，但是不會(huì)完全限制。在選題時(shí)可以多方考慮：
一是考慮自己的興趣，可以和自己研究生未來(lái)擬研究的方向共同考慮；
二是考慮自己心儀導(dǎo)師的主要研究方向，保研er普遍具有優(yōu)先挑選導(dǎo)師的權(quán)利，導(dǎo)師近些年做的研究方向基本上也是你未來(lái)要研究的方向。
在這里并不建議保研er過(guò)早的聯(lián)系導(dǎo)師，因?yàn)檫@一階段導(dǎo)師大概率不會(huì)給你學(xué)術(shù)指導(dǎo)，相反會(huì)有一堆又一堆的雜活......
其次是閱讀文獻(xiàn)。對(duì)于學(xué)碩未來(lái)閱讀文獻(xiàn)的工作是必不可少的，而且往往很多是英文文獻(xiàn)。
關(guān)于如何高效閱讀文獻(xiàn)，如何使用文獻(xiàn)管理器等問(wèn)題可以搜索“經(jīng)管保研通”的相關(guān)回答。
除此之外還可以提前學(xué)習(xí)如何撰寫(xiě)一篇優(yōu)秀的文獻(xiàn)綜述，綜述在一篇文章中的占比和意義都非常大，也是許多學(xué)子非常頭疼的一部分。一篇好的綜述意味著一篇好的文章已經(jīng)完成一半了。
最后就是開(kāi)題報(bào)告的.撰寫(xiě)。開(kāi)題報(bào)告各個(gè)高校一般都有各自的模板，并且大部分需要做開(kāi)題的答辯，因此相關(guān)答辯ppt也可以提前準(zhǔn)備。
2. 對(duì)于專(zhuān)碩或未來(lái)確定就業(yè)的保研er
這一部分同學(xué)建議可以考慮投投簡(jiǎn)歷，進(jìn)行這一階段的實(shí)習(xí)，或者寒假實(shí)習(xí)。
對(duì)于專(zhuān)碩或者未來(lái)已經(jīng)確定直接就業(yè)的學(xué)碩而言，在研究生階段發(fā)表的論文、參與的課題、項(xiàng)目其實(shí)對(duì)就業(yè)并沒(méi)有太大的幫助。
一旦到了研究生階段，專(zhuān)碩情況稍好，大部分導(dǎo)師是不允許在研一、研二階段實(shí)習(xí)，研三能否實(shí)習(xí)主要看小論文的撰寫(xiě)和發(fā)表進(jìn)度。
因此，對(duì)于打定主意要直接就業(yè)的同學(xué)建議不要“又當(dāng)又立”，如果沒(méi)有讀博的志向最好不要去選擇大牛。
對(duì)于實(shí)習(xí)，既然目的就是為了日后就業(yè)時(shí)簡(jiǎn)歷“實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷”一欄更加豐富，就不要在乎實(shí)習(xí)工資的多少，盡量選擇“大廠(chǎng)”進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)，盡量選擇自己未來(lái)想要從事的崗位投遞。
