  興趣愛好

 、 寫強(qiáng)項(xiàng)。弱的一定不要寫,面試人員說(shuō)不定對(duì)哪個(gè)項(xiàng)目感興趣,有時(shí)會(huì)跟你聊兩句,一旦是你的弱項(xiàng),很尷尬的,顯出窘態(tài),喪失自信,這對(duì)你是很不利的。更重要的是,他會(huì)覺得你在撒謊。

 、 舉幾個(gè)用詞。如travel,如果你喜歡旅行,而有些工作需要經(jīng)常出差,那么你寫上travel是非常有利的;有些女性寫上cooking,是很實(shí)事求是的,也給人以踏實(shí)的感覺,對(duì)于象秘書這樣的`職位,總是有好處的。

  工作經(jīng)歷

  首先要強(qiáng)調(diào)一下,對(duì)于正在工作的人,Experience應(yīng)寫在Education的前面,而對(duì)于在校生Education則應(yīng)放在Experience之前。

  1)時(shí)間

 、 目前的工作要最先寫, 左側(cè)寫時(shí)間,如寫成1998-present。

 、 以前的工作,只寫年份,如1993-1995。這樣的寫法主要適于以下三種情況:

  一是工作時(shí)間較早;二是工作時(shí)間在兩年以上;三是旨在巧妙地拉長(zhǎng)工作時(shí)間。

  例如,如果你曾于1997年12月到1998年1月就職于某家公司,雖然只有短短兩個(gè)月,

  但寫成1997-1998就顯得工作時(shí)間較長(zhǎng),同時(shí)也沒撒謊。

 、 以前的工作,加上月份,如May, 1998或May 1998。

  這樣的寫法自然會(huì)顯得精確一些,也投合銀行業(yè)雇主的口味。

 、 Summer Intern(夏期工作)的幾種寫法。一是直接寫Summer Intern,不管職務(wù)職稱;

  二是寫成Summer Analyst,這種寫法比較適合大學(xué)本科或研究生期間的暑期工作;

  三是寫Summer Assistant,這種寫法適合多種情況;四是寫Summer Associate,這一寫法專指MBA學(xué)生的暑期工作。而且一般認(rèn)為Summer Associate的級(jí)別會(huì)比Summer Analyst要高一些。

  2)公司名

  公司名稱應(yīng)大寫加粗。若全稱太復(fù)雜,可以寫得稍微簡(jiǎn)單一些。有些公司的全稱往往不為人知,但縮寫名卻盡人皆知。比如在中國(guó)就不是每個(gè)人都知道INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINE是什么公司,但I(xiàn)BM的大名卻是家喻戶曉的。所以在中國(guó),我們建議大家寫IBM,因?yàn)樵S多外企人事經(jīng)理都是中國(guó)人,這樣寫更順眼也更順口。而在美國(guó),大家還是會(huì)寫全稱的。

  3)地名

  地名寫法與Education部分相同,這里就不再贅述。

  4)職務(wù)與部門

  Ⅰ 從公司名稱之后的第二行開始寫,如果想介紹公司情況,則職務(wù)與部門應(yīng)寫在公司簡(jiǎn)介之后。

 、 職務(wù)與部門應(yīng)加粗,每個(gè)詞的第一個(gè)字母要大寫,如Manager, Finance Department。

  5)公司簡(jiǎn)介

 、 對(duì)于新公司、小公司或招聘公司不甚熟悉的某些行業(yè)的公司,為了保險(xiǎn)起見都不妨介紹一兩句,甚至對(duì)于那些業(yè)內(nèi)知名的企業(yè)往往也不一定名聲在外。求職者一般不會(huì)針對(duì)每家應(yīng)聘的公司都量身定做一份專門的簡(jiǎn)歷(tailor-made resume),目前可能只想在行業(yè)內(nèi)跳一跳,但也不排除將來(lái)在別的行業(yè)發(fā)展的可能,所以不妨都略帶提一下公司的簡(jiǎn)介。

 、 有些外國(guó)人可能對(duì)中國(guó)的公司不太知道,因此要介紹一下。 千萬(wàn)不要覺得中國(guó)的公司很大,別人就一定知道,一不留神,就成了井底之蛙。例如,中國(guó)銀行叫Bank of China (BOC)。

  在海外很多銀行都知道中國(guó)銀行,但不少人都誤認(rèn)為中國(guó)銀行就是中國(guó)的中央銀行。

 、 簡(jiǎn)介長(zhǎng)度以兩行為宜。只用一行易與別的內(nèi)容相混,而三四行就顯得比較累贅。

  6)工作經(jīng)歷順序

 、 倒序,這是非常流行的方式。

 、 技能類別,這主要是為了強(qiáng)調(diào)自己的某種技能,如翻譯、電腦等。此外,對(duì)于那些工作經(jīng)歷有時(shí)間斷層的人,如下崗、休產(chǎn)假等,不妨也可使用這種方法。

  但要注意,這種寫法只適合技能性比較強(qiáng)的情況,其它可參考前面所提到的只寫年的方法加以彌補(bǔ)。

  如果斷層時(shí)間長(zhǎng)達(dá)兩三年,則一定要解釋清楚,說(shuō)明確切的原因,實(shí)事求是。越誠(chéng)實(shí)越坦蕩,越能給人好印象。

 、 兩者結(jié)合,先按技能類別加以分類,再以倒序的方式一一列出。

  7) 工作內(nèi)容

  Ⅰ 要用點(diǎn)句(bullet point),避免用大段文字。

 、 點(diǎn)句的長(zhǎng)度以一行為宜,最多不要超過(guò)兩行;句數(shù)以三到五句為佳,最多不超過(guò)八句。

 、 點(diǎn)句以動(dòng)詞開始。目前的工作用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí),以前工作用過(guò)去時(shí)。 Ⅳ 主要職責(zé)與主要成就,初級(jí)工作以及開創(chuàng)性不強(qiáng)的工作把主要職責(zé)放在前面,

  而較高級(jí)或開創(chuàng)性較強(qiáng)的工作則應(yīng)把主要成就寫在前面。

 、 工作成就要數(shù)字化,精確化,避免使用many, a lot of, some, several等模糊的詞匯,應(yīng)盡量使用具體的數(shù)字,到底管理了多少人,銷售額是多少等等。 Ⅵ 在同一公司的業(yè)績(jī)中,不必拘泥于時(shí)間順序,而應(yīng)秉持"重要優(yōu)先"的原則。例如,在成就里可先寫最重要的成就;在職責(zé)里可先寫最高的職位,不要拘泥于倒序或正序的方法。

  關(guān)鍵是要使雇主在短短幾秒鐘之內(nèi)就發(fā)現(xiàn)您的最高賣點(diǎn)。

  Ⅶ 接受培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容可放在每個(gè)公司的后面。我們認(rèn)為培訓(xùn)是公司內(nèi)部的,與公司業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān),不是Education的一部分。

  8)五個(gè)避免

 、 長(zhǎng)句:沒有人愿意看太冗長(zhǎng)的句子,雇主只是在掃描你的簡(jiǎn)歷。

  Ⅱ 縮寫:因?yàn)橥庑腥送茈y看懂,不要先入為主的認(rèn)為別人能猜到或者能查到你用的縮寫。

 、 "I" (我):因?yàn)檎?guī)簡(jiǎn)歷多用點(diǎn)句,以動(dòng)詞開頭,是沒有"我"的。

  當(dāng)然若在公司簡(jiǎn)介中一定要用到一兩次,也不是完全不可以。

 、 不利因素:我們講過(guò)簡(jiǎn)歷的原則是不要撒謊,但不寫不等于騙人。 Ⅴ "Reference available upon request":這個(gè)短語(yǔ)的意思是如需證明,可提供見證人。但在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,招聘人員認(rèn)為任何人都能隨便抓來(lái)一兩個(gè)見證人應(yīng)急。

  而且如果你在簡(jiǎn)歷中也沒有寫上他們的名字及聯(lián)系方法,這句話則完全是多此一舉了。

  學(xué)生寫簡(jiǎn)歷時(shí)應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題

  之所以要把學(xué)生簡(jiǎn)歷單拿出來(lái)講一講,是因?yàn)閷W(xué)生的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)很少,寫不出東西來(lái),顯得頁(yè)面不夠豐滿。要按我們?cè)谇懊嬷v的格式,也很尷尬。因此我們?cè)谶@里特別介紹一些彌補(bǔ)的技巧:

  1) 教育背景中寫相關(guān)課程。但千萬(wàn)不要為了拼湊篇幅,把所有的課程都寫上,這樣不很有效,別人也沒耐心看。

  2) 獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金一項(xiàng)一行。許多學(xué)生每年都有獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,這樣一來(lái),也可寫出三四行,甚至更多。

  3) 拉長(zhǎng)句子。每個(gè)句子都可加入一些詞拉長(zhǎng)一些。

  4) 自然地多換行,多寫點(diǎn)句。

  5) 加大字號(hào)。可將10號(hào),小五改成12號(hào),小四。

  6) 社會(huì)工作細(xì)節(jié)放在工作經(jīng)歷中。這樣會(huì)填補(bǔ)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)少的缺陷,例如,你在做團(tuán)支書、學(xué)生會(huì)主席等社會(huì)工作時(shí)組織過(guò)什么活動(dòng),聯(lián)系過(guò)什么事,參與過(guò)什么都可以一一羅列。如果只做過(guò)一件事,那就應(yīng)該盡量把它掰開了寫,如領(lǐng)導(dǎo)過(guò)多少人,完成了什么事,起到了什么作用。這樣一來(lái),起碼就有了三行。

  如果做了更多的事,一件一行就可以了。行文簡(jiǎn)潔的原則還是要遵守的。

  7) 暑期工作。作為大學(xué)生,雇主通常并不指望你在暑期工作期間會(huì)有什么驚天動(dòng)地的成就。當(dāng)然如果你有就更好了。不過(guò)即使實(shí)在沒有,就算是在父母的單位呆過(guò)幾天,也不妨寫上。

  這樣也算是接觸過(guò)社會(huì),了解了些行業(yè),做過(guò)了些工作。但你一定要能說(shuō)上幾句才寫在簡(jiǎn)歷上。

  否則將來(lái)面試時(shí),你恐怕會(huì)被問(wèn)得張口結(jié)舌,顯得很尷尬。

  8) 中學(xué)情況。一般都不寫。不過(guò)如果你在中學(xué)時(shí)得過(guò)國(guó)際奧林匹克比賽大獎(jiǎng)或全國(guó)性的大獎(jiǎng),不妨提上一筆。

  需要特別注意的問(wèn)題

  1)無(wú)拼寫錯(cuò)誤,F(xiàn)在文字處理軟件都有拼寫檢查 (Spelling Check),所以你根本沒有理由拼錯(cuò)。

  2) 小心相近字。這是拼寫檢查查不出的錯(cuò)誤,要尤為小心。

  3) 避免明顯的語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤。

  4) 請(qǐng)友人幫忙看一下,這是非常有效的一個(gè)方法。一是從拼寫、語(yǔ)法、句式等方面來(lái)看,有無(wú)錯(cuò)誤;二是從構(gòu)思的角度上來(lái)看,有沒有更合適、更恰當(dāng)?shù)谋磉_(dá)。

  5) Objective寫不寫?其實(shí)寫和不寫各有利弊。如果寫上,當(dāng)然顯得目標(biāo)明確,非這個(gè)行業(yè)、這個(gè)部門不可,但同時(shí)也就限制了你在別的行業(yè)求職的可能性。但如果你什么都不寫,雇主參照你的背景和一些測(cè)試的結(jié)果也許認(rèn)為你更適合別的部門,這樣就可能獲得新的機(jī)會(huì)。

  紙和字體的選擇

  1) 規(guī)格,至少80克,或100克左右。在北京許多打字社、復(fù)印鋪都用60、70克的紙,這類紙往往顯得輕飄飄的,質(zhì)感很差。

  2) 尺寸,A4,即29.7厘米長(zhǎng),21厘米寬。

  3) 字體,建議用Times New Roman。

  4) 字號(hào),一般最好用10號(hào),即小五。不過(guò),在學(xué)生簡(jiǎn)歷中也可用12號(hào)字,即小四。
