　　不要熬夜，按照平時的作息習(xí)慣正常休息，以保證面試的時候精神充沛;適度的增加營養(yǎng)，切忌大魚大肉，暴飲暴食，特別在面試前不要吃小攤上的不潔 食物，也不要貪嘴多吃冷飲，以免出現(xiàn)面試的時候腸胃不舒服的狀況;面試之前也可以和自己的親朋好友多多交流，以此來宣泄壓力，尋求精神上的支持，或者聽聽 音樂，舒緩舒緩緊繃的神經(jīng)，總之面試的前一天，一定要保持一個平和穩(wěn)定的心態(tài)。

　　最后，我想告訴大家要學(xué)會坦然面對和接受自己的緊張。

　　你應(yīng)該想到自己的緊張是正常的，畢竟這是一次很重要的面試，不感到緊張才是不正常的。

　　但是很多人在這 種情境下可能比你更緊張。

　　不要與這種不安的情緒對抗，而是試著去體驗它、接受它。

　　嘗試著用一個局外人的眼光來分析自己此刻的心理，慢慢就會平靜下來。

　　4.考生在面試中一定要善于表現(xiàn)自己，發(fā)揮自己的優(yōu)勢。

　　有時候考官提出一個問題的目的并不是看考生知不知道答案，而是看考生有沒有自我表現(xiàn)的意識。

　　因此，從進考場的那一刻開始，考生就要隨時準備向考官展示自己的各個方面。

　　同時也要時刻注意自己的一言一行，因為所有的這些都會被考官列為打分的依據(jù)之一。

　　這樣，不僅可以引起考官對你的注意，而且有助于實現(xiàn)心理平衡，消除緊張情緒。

　　要不然的話，總是坐在那里聽別的考生講，自己會變得越來越緊張，越來越覺得自己不如別人。

　　5.如果到了面試現(xiàn)場，有的孩子還是抑制不住緊張，那么就可以通過做一些小小的動作來轉(zhuǎn)移注意力，緩解緊張的情緒。

　　第一種辦法就是深呼吸。

　　嘗試著在等候的時間，閉起眼睛，連續(xù)做幾次深呼吸，最好是腹式呼吸，試一試，能否在一分鐘內(nèi)只完成一次深呼吸。

　　深呼吸有助于放緩快速的心跳，從而消除各類顫抖。

　　第二種辦法是拌怪臉法。

　　通過拌怪臉，歪嘴扭唇，抬鼻斜眼，放松面部肌肉。

　　如果能對著小鏡子看到自己的古怪樣子，一定會忍俊不禁的笑出聲，一切牽腸掛肚的念頭就都消失了。

　　第三種辦法就是臨場活動法。

　　由于緊張的情緒會使人產(chǎn)生大量的熱能，所以考試前可以稍稍的活動一下，使熱量散發(fā)出去。

　　小跑幾步，走動走動，踢踢腿之類的都可以。

　　這樣緊張的情緒就可以得到緩解，但是注意不要劇烈運動。

　　其實以上消除緊張的方法，在平時其他的活動中，如果緊張了，也可以適用。

　　人生總會經(jīng)歷各種緊張的場合，讓我們一起消除負面緊張情緒，一起積極應(yīng)對吧!
