形容詞、副詞的比較級 ——中考典型試題例析

    1.This film is_____interesting than that one.（'97湖南）

    【析】在英語中，兩者進行比較，強調(diào)"一方比另一方……"，可使用"形

容詞／副詞的比較級＋than" 結(jié)構(gòu)；三者或三者以上進行比較時，應(yīng)使用最高

級。根據(jù)題意，本題應(yīng)選用比較級，故A 項是正確答案。再看 其它例子：

    Shanghai is the largest of all the cities in China. 上海在中國所有

的城市中是最大的。

    My brother is two years older than I.我哥哥比我大兩歲。

    She is thinner than any other girl in her class.她是她班上最瘦的女

孩。

    2.——Your English is very good.

    【析】在英語中，a little,a lot,much,even等詞可以用來修飾形容詞或

副詞的比較級，故本題的正確答 案是C項。再看其它例子：

在中國，十一月份很冷，但十 二月份更冷。

    Mike draws much more beautifully than Tom.邁克畫的畫比湯姆畫的漂亮

多了。

    【析】表示"越來越……" 可以采用" 比較級 ＋比較級"或"more and

多音節(jié)詞，則可以用后一種結(jié)構(gòu)，故本題的正確答案是B。再 看其它例子：

    Most of the people there are getting richer and richer. 那里的大部

分人都變得越來越富有。

    Our school is becoming more and more beautiful. 我們的校園變得越來

越美麗。

    A.the oldest country

    B.the oldest countries

    C.much older country

    【析】在英語中， 要表示 "其中最……的之一"， 應(yīng)使用"one of＋形

容詞的最高級形式＋名詞的復數(shù) 形式 "。根據(jù)題意，本題應(yīng)選B項。再看其它

例子：

    Yangpu Bridge is one of the biggest bridges in the world.楊浦大橋

是世界上最大的橋梁之一。

    Maths is one of the most important subjects in middleschools.數(shù)學

是中學最重要的科目之一 。

    5.The girl doesn't run________ the boy.（'98廣州）

    A.much faster as B.as faster as

    C.more fast than D.so fast as

    【析】在英語中，可以使用"as…as"表示"兩者在某方面一樣"；用"not

so/as……as"表示"兩者在 某方面不一樣"， 以上兩種結(jié)構(gòu)都必須使用形容

詞或副詞的原級。由以上分析可知本題的D 項最符合題意。再 看其它例子：

    I think football is as popular as basketball in America.我認為足球

跟籃球在美國一樣受歡迎。

    Lin Tao is as strong as Zhang Hua.林濤和張華一樣強壯。
