Lesson 90 多媒體教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)方案
Teaching Aims:
1. Let students know about the passage by fast reading and intensive reading.
2. Have students grasp the main idea of each paragraph and some key words.
Teaching procedures:
Step I Lead in
教師活動(dòng)：教師展示法云埃及與阿司旺大壩的圖片(見(jiàn)ppt.)，提問(wèn)下面問(wèn)題，教師可提問(wèn)所有學(xué)生及個(gè)別學(xué)生。
學(xué)生活動(dòng)：學(xué)生在看完圖片后，回答所列的問(wèn)題。
Show the map of Egypt and Africa. Get the Ss to respond the teacher’s questions:
T: Where is Africa ? / Where is Egypt ?/ What is the river? What is the dam ?
Step II. Watch the video
教師活動(dòng)：教師播放此視頻（見(jiàn)ppt.），學(xué)生看完后，教師留給學(xué)生一個(gè)問(wèn)題來(lái)思考或回答。
學(xué)生活動(dòng)：學(xué)生根據(jù)所看的視頻，并且思考或回答所設(shè)的問(wèn)題。
Q: Is the High Dam a successful project ? (No)
Step III. Presentation
教師活動(dòng)：教師展示法此圖片（見(jiàn)ppt.），給學(xué)生二至三分鐘的時(shí)間，提問(wèn)學(xué)生下面的問(wèn)題，教師可對(duì)答案對(duì)進(jìn)一步的解釋。
學(xué)生活動(dòng)：學(xué)生看完圖片后，思考之后，回答所列問(wèn)題。
Show the picture and give them two questions ,

(2) How big the High Dam?
Step IV Listening
教師活動(dòng)：教師播放此錄音一遍，如果學(xué)生不夠理解，可再重復(fù)播放一至兩遍。（見(jiàn)ppt.）
學(xué)生活動(dòng)：學(xué)生在聽(tīng)完錄音后，回答兩問(wèn)部分段落的意思。

Situation A:
What are the dis)advantages of the Aswan Dam? （參考答案見(jiàn)ppt.）
Situation B：
Talk about the building of reasons and advantages in the Three Gorges Dam.
Suggest answer:
1.Reasons:One is to control the eater of the Changjiang River and the other is to make electricity.
2.Advantages:It has controlled the water of the Changjiang River and it won’t flood any more. The people will lead a safe and happy life along the Changjiang River.

Key:
The Palace Museum is in the center of Beijing. It covers an area of 72 hectares(公頃). It was first built in the early 15th century. It took 1,000,000 people to work on it. The building of the project lasted 14 years and was finished in 1420. During the later years, some of the houses were rebuilt. Twenty-four emperors used to live in it. It was not until 1925 that the Palace Museum became a museum. Since then the place has been open to the public.
