BEC初級(jí)考試高分寫(xiě)作技巧

　　一、自然

　　商業(yè)書(shū)信的寫(xiě)作必須力求“自然”，不能滿篇都是過(guò)時(shí)的商業(yè)行話。商業(yè)書(shū)信要求可讀性強(qiáng)。

　　為了使信讀起來(lái)生動(dòng)有趣，寫(xiě)信人應(yīng)該盡量避免使用單調(diào)的語(yǔ)言，力求使語(yǔ)言結(jié)構(gòu)富于變化。可使用的方法有：

　　1. 變化文法結(jié)構(gòu)

　　變換句子的文法結(jié)構(gòu)也可提高信文的可讀性。寫(xiě)信時(shí)不要千篇一律地使用同一種表達(dá)方法。

　　2.增強(qiáng)書(shū)信的可讀性，還應(yīng)注意運(yùn)用精練的語(yǔ)言

　　商業(yè)書(shū)信必須語(yǔ)言精練，能用一個(gè)單詞的地方盡量不要使用多個(gè)單詞。

　　例如： 高冗余度語(yǔ)言

　　Inasmuch as we require active consideration prior to making a decision, I am afraid that, in the circumstances, you will have to wait. .

　　低冗余度語(yǔ)言

　　As we need to consider before making a decision, I am afraid you will have to wait.

　　二、商業(yè)書(shū)信的語(yǔ)氣

　　商業(yè)書(shū)信中寫(xiě)信人使用哪種語(yǔ)氣十分重要，這可以反映出寫(xiě)信人和收信人之間的關(guān)系。

　　積極的語(yǔ)氣

　　以下例子上面三個(gè)句子采用提“中性”的語(yǔ)氣，而下面相應(yīng)的三個(gè)句子語(yǔ)氣則顯得積極。這種積極的語(yǔ)氣可以使一個(gè)句子聽(tīng)上去更有誠(chéng)意。

　　中性

　　I am in receipt of your order for 250 pairs of Niky Conga sports shoes. .

　　You failed to send your order to us before the new prices were introduced. ..

　　We cannot devote much time to your visit as the March Sales figures are being compiled and we are very busy. ..

　　積極

　　Thank you for your recent order for 250 pairs of Niky Conga sports shoes.

　　Unfortunately, we did not receive your order before the new prices were introduced

　　We shall devote as much time to your visit as our hectic schedule will permit

　　以您為先的語(yǔ)氣

　　寫(xiě)信時(shí)要盡可能讓收信人感到是你親息寫(xiě)信給他們。

　　例句：

　　以我為先

　　We shall be able to install Cable TV shortly.

　　I am afraid we cannot deliver at the weekend.

　　I regret to inform you that we cannot refund your deposit unless you return the goods within a week.

　　以您為先    

　　You will be pleased to hear that you will soon be able to receive Cable TV.

　　You can have your goods delivered any weekday.

　　I am pleased to inform you that you will be able to receive a full refund of deposit if you return the goods within a week.

　　三、撰寫(xiě)書(shū)信時(shí)下列幾件事情必須避免：

　　1、指責(zé)對(duì)方犯錯(cuò)

　　2、推卸自己的責(zé)任

　　3、漠視客戶的問(wèn)題

　　4、拒絕幫助對(duì)方

　　5、對(duì)對(duì)方的幫助毫不領(lǐng)情
